Rookies Cookies & Cream is a local soft serve ice cream parlor in Fort Edward that I have loved since I was a kid. The owners are friends of my family and one day they approached me looking for something that they could use to sell as stickers at their shop.
Rookies is known for having some stellar soft serve ice cream and their homemade ice cream sandwiches, so we definitely wanted to include them in the sticker. We wanted to make it simple and fun making it in the shape and size of the ice cream sandwiches that they sell.
